Goods will be sent with Australia Post via registered mail or express post so the items can be tracked.

A day time address such as a work address is recommended so that your goods can be delivered easily and on time.

Goods in stock will be sent as soon as the payment goes through. Please allow 7 working days.

Please refer to the shopping cart for postage costs as the postage depends on the weight of the items. We do not charge a handling fee and only pass on freight at cost price.

Goods ordered and paid for on the website can be picked up at our Shields Street shop in Cairns. During the check out process, simply choose the Pick Up option. Your order will be processed and you will revive a confirmation of your order via email when it is ready. Then simply go to the shop and pick it up!.

We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Postage varies depending on what country the goods are being sent to.

We do not take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Some countries require tax to be paid on items of a certain value. Please check your countries requirements prior to ordering and ensure all taxes are paid with customs. We do not accept responsibility for any unpaid taxes.

All goods will be sent via registered air mail unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 14 days delivery time.

Please Note: To cut the postage costs down, we post all shoes without the boxes.

Your privacy is important to us and your details will remain confidential.  We require certain details strictly for the purpose of contacting you in regards to your purchase within our website and the delivering of goods.

 You will also have access to your details and can update them through your account set up with our website.

RETURN POLICY:

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

We will gladly exchange items for you if you choose a wrong size or colour, however you must cover all the postage costs.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.

We do not refund on postage costs and all return postage must be paid for by you.

All returns will be assessed by us and we reserve the right to determine the final outcome.

To be Eligible for a credit, all returns must meet the following conditions:

1. All returns must be made within 4 weeks of the invoice date. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

2. Goods will not be accepted without a return authorisation number.

State the reason for the return and how you would like it to be resolved i.e.: Refund, Credit, or exchange.

3. When requesting a return, please ensure goods are from fetish4life.com.au and you have the invoice receipt from the website.

4. Goods must be returned in new condition and in original packaging with labels attached. The packaging must not be marked, damaged or soiled.

5. Goods that show signs of being altered, tampered with or excessive wear will not be issued with a credit.

6. When returning goods to us, please pay for any postage and provide a registered pre paid postage bag for any goods to be delivered back to you. We will not cover any postage costs.

Items on order:

If there is an item which is out of stock that will have to be ordered in, please note that  it can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered to us. Please allow another 2 weeks for delivery to you. Your patience during this time is much appreciated.

 Stock is subject to availability, we will notify you if an item is out of stock.

 Due to the fluctuation of the Australian dollar, we reserve the right to change prices without notification.
